This Site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any restaurant, publication, or business that may use a similar name. Any such names or marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of content
Recipes, balance meters, text, graphics, and design elements on this Site are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our pages, but may not republish, redistribute, or reproduce substantial portions of our content without prior written permission.
The balance meter is descriptive
The salt, acid, fat and heat meters describe how a dish tastes to us as written. They are editorial judgements from our own tasting, not laboratory measurements, nutritional analysis, or any indication that a dish is healthy or unhealthy. Sodium content in particular is not what these meters measure.
